We're Living Through History
This is my first post on this new site. I’ve been thinking for a while about creating a space where I can share longer-form thoughts—something more substantial than social media allows, but less formal than academic writing.
Why Write in Public?
There’s something powerful about thinking out loud. When we write with an audience in mind, even a hypothetical one, we’re forced to clarify our thoughts. We can’t rely on the shortcuts and half-formed ideas that populate our internal monologue.
Writing in public is also an act of generosity. It’s sharing our mental models, our discoveries, our questions. It’s contributing to the great conversation that spans generations and disciplines.
What You’ll Find Here
I plan to write about:
- Technology and Society: How digital tools are reshaping human experience
- Philosophy and Ideas: The big questions that have fascinated thinkers for millennia
- Creativity and Process: The craft of making things, thinking through problems
- Books and Learning: Reflections on what I’m reading and discovering
The Design Philosophy
You’ll notice this site is deliberately simple. No fancy animations, no complex layouts, no distracting sidebars. Just words on a page, designed to be read.
I believe good design serves the content, not the other way around. The goal here is to create space for ideas to breathe, for thoughts to unfold naturally.
Thanks for reading. If something here resonates with you, I’d love to hear from you.
